The Active Fire Mapping Program is an operational, satellite-based fire detection and monitoring program managed by the USDA Forest Service Remote Sensing Applications Center (RSAC) located in Salt Lake City, Utah. Fire locations are based on data provided by the National Interagency Coordination Center and are subject to change.
See current wildfires and wildfire perimeters near you using the Fire, Weather & Avalanche Center Wildfire Map. Filter - control incident types displayed on map. Update or download the updated app for free on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
The Northwest Fire Location map displays active fire incidents within Oregon and Washington.
Fire Incidents for States and Counties.
Timestamps of the most recent updates can be viewed by clicking on an incident. Active fire incidents will be displayed with a fire icon and the name of the fire. Filter - Display Incident Types: Wildfire.
